Allo provides:

• A screening tool using the REEL-4 (Receptive-Expressive Emergent Language Test)
• AI-powered guidance providing general information about speech and language development
• Parent-report based assessments that estimate developmental progress
• Tracking and monitoring tools for language development

The Service is designed to support parents in monitoring their child's language development. It is NOT designed to diagnose disorders or replace professional evaluation.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information to the best of your knowledge
• Seek professional help from licensed providers for any health concerns
• NOT rely solely on this app for medical or developmental decisions
• Supervise your child during any activities suggested by the Service
• Understand that assessment results are estimates based on parent-report data
• Recognize that AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies

5. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 18 years old and a parent or legal guardian of the child being assessed. The Service is designed for children aged 0-36 months.

6. Data Ownership and Use

• You own your data and your child's data
• We may use anonymized, de-identified data for research and service improvement
• You have the right to access, export, and delete your data
• We will not sell your personal information to third parties

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• Allo is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
• We are NOT liable for medical outcomes or developmental decisions made based on the Service
• We are NOT liable for inaccuracies in parent-reported data
• We are NOT liable for errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service in the past 12 months

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or compromise the Service
• Share your account credentials or access with unauthorized parties
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Abuse or harass other users or service providers

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
